Chimes International Limited in Baltimore, MD seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle to lead enterprise revenue-cycle strategy across all operating units. You will standardize KPIs, controls and routines while navigating Medicaid, government funding, and contract-based revenue.

You will supervise end-to-end billing, claims and invoicing, while optimizing AR performance, cash application, and month-end close. Collaboration with Operations, Finance and Accounting is essential to minimize leakage.

• Lead revenue-cycle strategy and execution across all operating businesses and revenue streams.
• Establish common enterprise standards, controls, KPIs and operating routines.
• Navigate payer complexity across Medicaid, government funding, and other contracts.
• Ensure services are captured with required documentation and authorizations for billing.
• Oversee billing, claims, invoicing, and revenue leakage prevention.
• Manage Accounts Receivable performance and collections strategies.
• Coordinate cash application, reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Partner with Operations, Finance and Accounting to ensure revenue integrity and clean handoffs.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions and integration into enterprise RCM processes.
