Qualificações

• Requires degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and four years of revenue cycle experience including one year in leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle operations and governing rules for all reimbursement sources.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities; adapts to change and builds relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and designs workflows to optimize billing, follow-up, collections, cash posting, and customer service.
• Implements workflows to improve productivity, cash flow, and performance benchmarks.
