Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and four (4) years of revenue experience including one (1) year of leadership experience.
• Experience with Epic and revenue cycle processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize workflows across billing, follow-up, collections, cash posting, and customer service.
• Lead staff to meet performance metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management to design, implement policies and workflow improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and manage staffing, training, and performance reviews.
