Job summary

Cox Automotive in the United States seeks a Sr. Director of Pricing Management to lead pricing strategy for Retail Solutions, including Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book.

This leadership role partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing, packaging, and monetization efforts that drive revenue and EBITDA growth. You will own Retail pricing, modular packaging, promotions, and price realization across consumer and dealer solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pricing, Sales, Operations, or related fields driving product management, strategy, or revenue management disciplines.
• B2B SaaS/subscription or digital marketplace pricing experience preferred.
• Automotive retail, dealer software, or digital marketplace experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable pricing strategies aligned to GTM strategy across Retail Solutions.
• Provide pricing science expertise to guide revenue and profitability objectives.
• Drive pricing analytics, discounting, promotions, and new product monetization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to support pricing decisions.
