Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Sr. Director of Pricing Strategy (Retail) to lead pricing, packaging, and monetization for Retail Solutions, spanning Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, and dealer platforms.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to shape pricing and bundles that maximize revenue and EBITDA. The role oversees the Retail Pricing Strategy team, drives pricing analytics, and guides complex decision-making across Retail Consumer and Dealer Solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pricing, Sales, Operations, or related field driving product management, strategy, or revenue management; B2B SaaS/subscription or digital marketplace pricing experience preferred.
• Automotive retail, dealer software, or digital marketplace experience strongly preferred.
• Education pathways include BA/BS with 12+ years or advanced degrees with leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools to accelerate contributions and scale deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable pricing strategies aligned to GTM plans.
• Lead pricing analytics, discounting, promotions, and new product monetization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align pricing and packaging.
• Own Retail modular packaging strategy including tiering and bundles.
• Drive cross-product pricing synergies across Retail solutions.
