Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years progressive Residence Life experience.
• Past experience supervising professional/graduate staff.

Responsibilities

• supervise Residence Coordinators and conduct regular evaluations.
• Develop and facilitate ongoing professional staff training.
• Coordinate professional staff recruitment, onboarding, and transition plans.
• Lead departmental committees, policy development, and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in crisis response and provide guidance on student concerns.
