Professional Case Management (PCM) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to lead regional clinical operations and act as a Sub‑Investigator on clinical research in Farmington, New Mexico. This role combines patient care, research execution and operational oversight.

The candidate should hold NP/PA licensure with 2+ years as an APP and possess leadership experience in research and clinical settings, with knowledge of GCP, ICH and HIPAA. The base pay range is USD 113,200–179,100 per year.

We’re seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to lead regional clinical operations and serve as a Sub‑Investigator on clinical research studies. This is a unique, high-impact role ideal for a strong clinical leader who wants to combine patient care, research execution, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct participant visits and support clinical trial execution as Sub‑I Lead and mentor regional clinical teams
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, productivity & compliance
• Support quality, safety oversight, and performance improvement initiatives

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $113,200 - $179,100 per year.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
