If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team. The Senior Director of Solutions leads the Regulatory Communications Solutions and Project Management team supporting RDC, DocuBuilder, and related client solutions, with functional oversight of the Creative Design capability for DocuBuilder. The Senior Director is accountable for solution quality, successful onboarding, team performance, and delivery against commitments within a cross‑functional delivery model. The right candidate must be capable of stepping into detailed solutioning, requirements, or delivery work when needed while building capable owners across the team.
