Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to shape shareholder engagement strategies and translate them into seamless client campaigns. You will lead cross-functional teams, leverage data to guide decisions, and build trusted client relationships that deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities include managing engagement plans, coordinating with service and production teams, and ensuring timely deliverables. Travel to client meetings and industry events may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years client service and strategy experience.
• Deep knowledge of traditional solicitation process and shareholder engagement products.
• Experience with Broadridge's Shareholder Data Services product a plus.
• Ability to travel to client meetings and industry events.
• Strong data analysis, comfortable with understanding and translating data analytics.
• Understanding of corporate issuers and requirements of corporate secretaries.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills required; client service experience a plus.
• Ability to operate in evolving environment as process and technology around these products changes with the product growth.

Responsibilities

• Create, track and communicate shareholder engagement strategy to clients.
• Partner with service, production and call center to ensure client's engagement strategy is followed throughout campaign.
• Oversee client communication schedule to ensure all deliverables are met.
• Attend client meetings and industry conferences to develop relationships and foster trust.
• Listen for opportunities to offer additional products/services to existing clients.
• Participate in the sales process where required, possible local travel.
• Serve as a sponsor and proxy for the ultimate customer, focusing on customer requirements and experience.
