Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Director of Recruiting Technology and Operations to lead talent acquisition strategy, optimize systems, and scale AI-enabled screening for a high-volume hourly workforce across six states. You will own recruiting platforms, vendor management, compliance, and budgets, partnering with HRIS and IT to drive recruiting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in recruiting operations, recruiting technology, HRIS, or talent acquisition systems.
• Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume recruiting environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting technology platforms (ATS, scheduling, onboarding, AI tools) and vendor relationships.
• Lead recruiting process optimization to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Drive AI-enabled sourcing, screening, and governance for compliant use of AI.
• Oversee Home Office and executive recruiting with confidential searches.
• Manage budget, advertising, and reporting for recruiting activities.
