Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Director of Recruiting Technology and Operations to own talent acquisition systems, analytics, and AI-enabled screening across six states. You will optimize workflows, manage vendors, and ensure compliant, scalable hiring for a fast-growing hourly workforce.

You will lead home-office and field partnerships, drive data-driven decisions, and partner with HRIS and IT to maximize efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in recruiting operations, recruiting technology, HRIS, or TA systems preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume recruiting environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting technology platforms (ATS, scheduling, onboarding, AI tools).
• Configure and optimize recruiting workflows, automations, and dashboards.
• Lead vendor relationships, budgets, and governance for compliant, scalable hiring.
