Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is seeking a Director of Recruiting Technology & Operations to lead talent acquisition strategy, optimize systems, and manage vendor relationships across six states. You will own recruiting platforms, drive AI-enabled screening, and partner with IT and HR leadership to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

The role reports to the SVP of Human Resources and supports both field recruiters and executive searches, with a focus on scalable infrastructure for an hourly

Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting technologies and ATS platforms.
• Ability to optimize workflows and automate processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting technology platforms and vendor relationships.
• Design and optimize hiring workflows and dashboards.
• Lead AI-enabled screening and scalable hiring for multi-site operations.
• Manage executive search and home office recruiting.
