Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, or related field.
- 7+ years in recruiting operations, recruiting tech, HRIS, or talent acquisition systems.
- Experience with high-volume, multi-site recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Own admin and strategy for recruiting tech platforms.
- Optimize workflows, automations, and dashboards.
- Lead system upgrades and vendor management.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT for data integrity.
- Drive AI-enabled screening and scalable hiring.
- Manage field recruiting standards and reporting.
