Job summary

College Board is seeking a Senior Director, Reach Operations and Events to lead the development of two enterprise systems: lead operations and event portfolio management. This fully remote role may include in-person travel and occasional office visits for collaboration.

You will partner with State/District Partnerships, Global Programs and External Relations, Higher Education Membership and Access, and Program teams to define standards and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise marketing operations initiatives.
• Ability to align multiple teams across SDP, GPER, HMA and Program.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise Marketing Lead Operations System (35%).
• Define and own the enterprise standard for qualified marketing leads and contact scoring, routing, and conversion tracking.
• Architect the operating system connecting lead capture, scoring, and routing to sales outcomes across marketing, sales, and partners.
• Continuously test and refine the lead operations system as volume grows.
• Build reporting and analytics to show lead velocity, conversion, and pipeline health.
• Own the Enterprise Event Strategy and Portfolio System (35%).
• Define the framework for evaluating and prioritizing the portfolio of events and sponsorships.
• Set standards for funding and measuring events and ROI.
• Lead sponsorships and speaking opportunities with enterprise visibility.
• Shape Cross-Functional and Enterprise Direction (20%).
• Align SDP, GPER and other functions to a shared external presence and pipeline.
• Build centralized documentation and training on marketing measurement and CRM practices.
