Indivior PLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Manufacturing & Supply operations, owning product, service, and cost accountability for the site. You will drive performance, quality, and efficiency while preparing the site for expansion and ensuring compliance with EH&S and regulatory expectations.

The role requires a chemistry/engineering/pharmacy background, 15+ years in pharma, and 12+ years of leadership, with domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Pharmacy is required.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• 15+ years in Pharma/Biotech with site manufacturing experience.
• 12+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong Site Quality experience is required.
• Domestic and international travel is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost control and cost containment at the Raleigh site.
• Drive site performance, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Oversee Sublocade manufacturing and capacity.
• Collaborate with EH&S, Quality, Regulatory and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare site for future expansion and engineering developments.
