Job summary

Indivior seeks a Senior Director for Raleigh to lead the manufacturing and supply organization at the site. You will oversee full product, service, and cost accountability, driving performance, quality and efficiency to support patient access to OUD treatments.

You will build capability, manage onsite engineering and IT changes, and ensure EH&S excellence while shaping future expansions and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharma/biotech industries.
• 12+ years leading teams.
• Experience in aseptic manufacturing, packaging, vials and pre-filled syringes.
• Strong site quality experience.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing at Raleigh site for OUD products.
• Lead cost control, site performance, and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement, EH&S, and regulatory compliance.
• Own site KPIs and capacity planning for Sublocade.
• Coordinate cross-functional goals with Manufacturing & Supply.
