Job summary

Indivior PLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Associate Director of Production to lead the drug product value stream. You will partner with the Site Director of Operations to align safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs with strategic goals and customer demand.

The role requires extensive GMP experience and a proven leadership record in a regulated manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring training

Qualifications

Includes Lean Six Sigma and 5S implementations for drug production environments.
Experience with cGMP/FDA regulated industries and aseptic processing is expected.
Strong communication, documentation, and leadership in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Lead the drug product value stream in operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Drive Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve KPI scores and operational efficiency.
Oversee capacity planning, scheduling, and staffing with site leadership and cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement training programs; mentor salaried and hourly staff.
Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations; maintain audit readiness.
