Job summary

Indivior seeks a Senior Director to lead the Raleigh site within the Manufacturing & Supply Organization, accountable for manufacturing, cost, quality, and site performance. You will guide operations, drive efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance to support Sublocade and patient access.

The role requires extensive pharma manufacturing leadership, strong Site Quality experience, and travel as needed. This position offers competitive benefits and a path toward strategic site growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Pharmacy; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years in pharma/biotech with manufacturing site experience.
• 12+ years in people leadership.
• Strong experience in Site Quality.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own site cost control and overall site performance.
• Lead operations, manufacturing quality, and EH&S at the Raleigh site.

Senior Director, Raleigh

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sr. Director, Raleigh is a key role within the Indivior Manufacturing & Supply Organization, holding full product/service/cost accountability for manufacturing at our Raleigh, NC site. The position will provide leadership and promote excellence in customer service, manufacturing quality, site effectiveness and efficiency, in support of organizational objectives and the needs of our patients.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Strict cost control/cost containment at the site
• Create stability and performance in ongoing operations at the site
• Build an environment of performance, efficiency, compliance, continuous improvement and exceptional quality standards at the site
• Staff retention and building operational capabilities to support Sublocade
• Managing the onsite engineering works to prepare the site for future expansion and engineering developments
• Major IT changes planned at the site
• Work cross-functionally to meet annual objectives of the site and the Manufacturing & Supply Organization
• Take active lead and ownership of site emergencies
• Ensure the highest levels of EH&S at the site
• Cost of Goods analysis and materials/procurement optimization, production scale analysis & commercial profit margin feasibility
• Build and enhance manufacturing knowhow while identifying opportunities to convert this to Indivior Intellectual Property
• Together with Site Quality and US Quality, deliver and maintain an excellent Quality record and audit history at the site from Global Regulatory bodies and the DEA
• Responsible for the creation and optimization of site key performance indicators
• Monitor and optimize Sublocade manufacturing capacity at the site
• Future business owner for additional own-manufacturing sites for drug product

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• University degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy required. Masters degree preferred
• Large and small Pharma/biotech experience in Results-Driven Pharmaceutical Operations with a history of manufacturing site experience in aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging and in particular vials and pre-filled syringes.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience working in the Pharma/biotech industry.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in people leadership.
• Strong experience in Site Quality
• Domestic and international travel will be required

Starting Salary: $229,600 - $260,000 USD

*Note actual salary is based on qualifications and experience
