Job summary

Indivior PLC seeks an Associate Director, Production to lead the Raleigh site’s drug product value stream, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements. You will guide scheduling, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer demands and regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates bring at least 10 years in regulated manufacturing, with aseptic experience, cost accounting knowledge, and strong leadership and Lean/Six Sigma expertise in a cGMP/FDA environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a regulated industry with supervisory experience.
• Experience with aseptic processing and prefilled syringe production.
• Ability to teach others to perform and monitor tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of product cost accounting and delivering drug product on schedule and budget.
• Auditing experience is a plus; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the drug product value stream to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Prepare operation schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet specifications.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enable operational excellence.
• Set staffing, training and development plans for production teams.
• Ensure OSHA and local, state, and federal environmental compliance.
