Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in public sector business development, grants, contracts, or related fundraising.
• Excellent written and oral communication for high-stakes proposals and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage staff and consultants to deliver complex pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead government revenue strategy and capture, building relationships with public agency clients.
• Oversee proposal development, ensuring compliant, persuasive, and timely submissions.
• Coach and manage the Government Development team and cross-functional partners.
• Develop pricing strategies and budgets in collaboration with Finance and program leadership.
• Maintain a government pipeline and run go/no-go decision processes for pursuits.
