Qualifications

• Requires significant subject matter expertise in health care delivery.
• 10 years of related experience at a top management consulting firm, in-house strategy team at a large health care company, or related growth/strategy focus in health care.

Responsabilités

• Support annual strategic planning process for CVS enterprise executives and the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to manage strategic portfolios and craft communications for senior leaders.
• Steer highly effective executive meetings and position oneself as a trusted advisor.
• Lead high-visibility internal strategy consulting projects with structured workplans and executive outputs.
• Direct timely, accurate analysis and develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Monitor emerging industry trends and competitor actions across HCD.
• Support building and leading a high-performing strategy team with data-driven decision-making.
