You will push NOI growth while modernizing processes with technology, coordinating with Real Estate Acquisitions, Leasing, Legal, and Finance teams.

The role requires deep expertise in Retail Operations and Commercial Real Estate, and evidence of leading multi‑state capital projects with strong governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading property development, with store operations and landlord experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or professional designations are advantageous.
• Experience managing large capital budgets and NOI reporting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead store construction, tenant build-out, and property management to grow NOI.
• Align operations with Real Estate, Leasing, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Oversee multi-site construction programs and capital projects across owned/leased assets.
