Job summary

Clark National Accounts, LLC. is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead and scale our Project Services organization.

This role will guide a high-performing team supporting openings, remodels, refresh programs, equipment initiatives, and installation coordination across national brands in restaurant, retail, commercial, and non-commercial sectors. The Director will partner with executives to drive top-line growth and profitability, developing scalable processes and innovative offerings

Qualifications

Experience leading managers and developing future leaders.
Experience driving a rapidly scaling business and leading large-scale project, operational, or customer service organizations.
Experience in Business, Hospitality, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Project Management.

Responsibilities

Maintain, enhance, and scale CNA's Project Services business model to support the company's continued growth objectives.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Identify, develop, and launch new service offerings based on evolving customer needs, industry trends, and business opportunities to disrupt an incumbent industry.
Build scalable processes, systems, and organizational structures capable of supporting growth from mid-sized to large, multifunctional teams.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability throughout the organization.
