Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive food service management experience.
• 5+ years experience Large Scale Multi-Client/Contract Managed Service.
• Ability to lead senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and Lead R/A’s culture of CARE.
• Plan and advise business portfolio that achieves KPIs.
• Partner with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles.
• Direct and lead a team of account managers.
• Monitor financial objectives & analysis and supervise profitability.
• Build relationships at all levels of RA/Compass organizations.
