Job summary

5C Data Centers in the USA seeks a Senior Director, Project Controls to create the standards, governance, tools, and lean team that give leadership reliable visibility into schedule, progress, risk, and portfolio health.

Lead the Project Controls function from the ground up, building dashboards, executive reports, and governance cadences while supporting active campuses across North America and aligning with cost control, procurement, and construction delivery to maintain commitments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in project controls, scheduling, or delivery in data centers or large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, baseline development, and risk assessment.
• Experience leading cross-functional controls teams and executives.
• Ability to develop executive dashboards and portfolio reports.

Responsibilities

• Build the Project Controls function from the ground up, including charter, governance, standards, and staffing.
• Define and manage schedule architecture from executive milestones to detailed work plans.
• Lead, mentor, and scale Project Controls Managers and Schedulers across multiple campuses.
• Establish baseline development, progress measurement, and forecast processes with clear actions.
