Job summary

Everly Talent LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Executive Director for a well-established nonprofit in New York's Hudson Valley. You will provide strategic and operational oversight of OPWDD-certified programs, including residential and day habilitation services, nursing, facilities, and other assigned operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership overseeing multiple programs or service areas.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, staff management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations across multiple programs and service areas.
• Providing leadership, supervision, and development to department directors and management staff.
• Ensuring compliance with OPWDD and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and person-centered services.
• Managing budgets, staffing allocations, and operational resources.
• Developing and implementing procedures to improve program performance.
• Supporting new program development and service expansion.
• Overseeing regulatory reporting, surveys, and required documentation.
• Building strong relationships with individuals receiving services, families, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
• Partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational priorities.
• Conducting site visits and providing operational leadership across program locations.
