Job summary

CDS Monarch, Inc. seeks an Associate Director to oversee person-centered services across Day Habilitation, Residential, Community/ Vocational programs and family supports in Webster, NY. You’ll lead operational strategy, training, and reporting while maintaining program quality and client focus.

The role demands 5+ years in IDD services with supervisory responsibility and strong budgeting, staffing, and compliance capabilities to support high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a human service field.
• Minimum five years of consecutive experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in residential and day services management.
• At least three years of supervisory experience with personnel, finance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to CDS Monarch programs.
• Assumes administrative responsibility for all assigned facilities.
• Directs programs in a person-centered manner aligned with CDS Monarch values.
• Ensures compliance with OPWDD standards and CDS policies.
• Oversees incident management, QA audits, corrective actions, and HR metrics.
• Monitors staffing levels and daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Prepares timely reports to the Director of Person-Centered Services.
• Ensures spending stays within authorized budgets and controls.
• Performs site visits and coordinates with Facilities Management for maintenance.
• Participates in on-call rotation for 24/7 residential oversight.
