Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a strategic leader to oversee the operational platforms, processes, analytics, and market offerings that support the Vizient Reserve program and broader supply assurance initiatives.

You will drive technology-enabled programs, collaborate with supplier, commercial, and operations teams, and establish scalable processes, controls, and performance metrics to enhance client value and inventory access.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex operations or technology-enabled platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building scalable processes, controls, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication.
• Healthcare supply chain, onboarding, analytics, supplier strategy, or inventory management preferred.
• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days on site in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Vizient Reserve platform operations and related platforms.
• Lead resiliency offering and market positioning.
• Partner to strengthen supplier engagement, inventory visibility, and access.
• Manage client enrollment, onboarding, pricing activation, data accuracy.
• Oversee client implementation across new categories and platforms.
• Develop automated reporting and analytics demonstrating client value and program performance.
• Equip Client Success teams with insights and tools for client engagement.
• Oversee supplier inventory reporting and backend data management.
• Collaborate with technology, commercial, supplier, and operations to automate reporting and improve the client experience.
• Establish operating standards, controls, and performance metrics.
