• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience using client insights, market research, and performance data to inform product decisions.

• Conduct client and stakeholder discovery to translate insights into requirements, priorities, personas, journeys, and use cases.
• Develop value propositions, positioning, and portfolio plans with sales and marketing to support retention and growth.
• Define business requirements, prioritize features, and coordinate with development and agile teams.
• Manage product launches and releases with cross-functional coordination across technology, marketing, sales, and delivery.
