Job summary

Summary

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for the operational platforms, processes, analytics, and market offerings that support the Vizient Reserve program and broader supply assurance initiatives. You will lead the use of technology platforms to deliver client value, advance supplier strategy, improve product and inventory access, and enable data-driven client engagement. You will oversee complex operations and cross-functional initiatives while establishing scalable processes, controls, and performance measures that enhance program execution and the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for the Vizient Reserve platform, Vizient Advance Access Hub, and third-party resiliency platform to ensure consistent and effective program execution.
• Lead the resiliency offering delivered through the third-party platform, including market positioning, utilization, and integration with Vizient's broader supply assurance strategy.
• Partner with supplier strategy leaders to leverage technology platforms to strengthen supplier engagement, inventory visibility, product access, and resiliency initiatives.
• Lead client enrollment and onboarding operations, including category participation, platform enrollment, pricing activation, data accuracy, and access to appropriate products and program functionality.
• Oversee client implementation across new categories, programs, and technology platforms to support adoption and a consistent client experience.
• Develop automated reporting and analytics that demonstrate client value, compliance, inventory access, and overall program performance.
• Equip Client Success and field teams with actionable insights, client value play cards, compliance reporting, and other tools that support effective client engagement.
• Oversee supplier inventory reporting and back-end data management, including product additions, client records, pricing, and platform functionality, to ensure timely and accurate information.
• Partner with technology, commercial, supplier, and operations teams to automate reporting, optimize processes, enhance platform capabilities, and improve the client experience.
• Establish operating standards, controls, and performance measures and lead teams through ongoing program, platform, and market offering enhancements.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 10 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading complex operations, technology-enabled programs, or platform-based services required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex operational and performance data into actionable business insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across technology, commercial, supplier, and operations teams.
• Experience developing scalable operational processes, controls, performance measures, and reporting capabilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with experience managing multiple complex priorities and initiatives.
• Experience with healthcare supply chain, client onboarding, analytics, supplier strategy, or inventory management preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Hybrid Schedule - 3 days on site. Location- Irving TX.

Estimated Hiring Range

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $236,600.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
