Job summary

Paradigm Senior Services seeks a Senior Director of Professional Services to lead the post-sale lifecycle for Careswitch, Paradigm's AMS. Responsibilities include onboarding, data migration, training, and ongoing adoption across agencies.

You'll shape strategy, govern delivery, and mentor a growing team, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximize client value and time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in professional services, implementation, or customer delivery at a SaaS company.
• Leadership experience managing teams and delivery across post-sale lifecycle.
• Experience designing and scaling implementation methodologies and tiered delivery models.
• Domain expertise in home care, home health, or related healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Professional Services strategy and operating model.
• Own end-to-end Careswitch implementation for new agencies.
• Lead data migration from legacy AMS platforms with standards and quality gates.
• Build customer education, enablement programs, and certification.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success to drive adoption.
