Job summary

Precision eControl seeks a Senior Director of Product to own the Orion domain strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery. Lead discovery, prioritize investments, and align with executive leadership to drive a scalable, integrated platform experience.

You will mentor product managers, partner with Engineering, data science, and sales, and shape go-to-market enablement while delivering measurable outcomes for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar field.
• Minimum of 8 years in product management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the domain strategy and roadmap in alignment with platform vision and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery to delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Shape One-platform alignment with engineering to ensure a coherent Orion system.
• Drive go-to-market enablement with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Coach and develop product managers and establish accountable decision frameworks.
