Precision eControl is seeking a Senior Director of Product to define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end development for a key Orion domain. You will own outcomes, collaborate with engineering, data science, and executive leadership, and lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery with Precision eControl and Vorys eControl stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define product strategy and translate it into outcomes and roadmaps.
• Experience leading B2B SaaS with complex workflows and multiple personas.
• Strong customer discovery and data-driven product analysis skills.
• Excellent judgment for strategic tradeoffs and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own domain strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and outcomes aligned to Orion platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering to maintain platform coherence and integration.
• Shape go-to-market plans with Sales, Success, and Marketing.
