Qualifications

• Define product strategy and translate into outcomes and roadmaps.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, and funding decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate B2B SaaS leadership with multiple user personas.
• Communicate strategy and roadmap to executives clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve domain strategy aligned to platform vision.
• Own the domain roadmap and investment decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Ensure one-platform alignment across Orion with engineering and other domains.
• Shape go-to-market enablement and stakeholder communications.
• Coach and develop product managers and maintain customer focus.
