Job summary

Precision eControl is seeking a Senior Director of Product to define and drive the strategy and end-to-end development of a key Orion domain. You will own outcomes, work with engineering, data science, and executives, and lead discovery, prioritization, and execution with stakeholders from Precision eControl and Vorys eControl.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, domain strategy, and cross-functional alignment to maintain Orion as an integrated platform.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define product strategy and translate it into outcomes, roadmaps, and investment decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise in B2B SaaS product leadership with analytics and multi-user personas.
• Strong customer focus and mastery of continuous discovery and agile delivery practices.
• Executive communication and strategic decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the domain strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Drive alignment with engineering, data science, and leadership for platform coherence.
• Shape go-to-market enablement and stakeholder communications.
• Coach and develop product managers, ensuring customer-centered leadership.
• Manage or mentor PMs and navigate domain dependencies across Orion.
