**Responsibilities**

The Senior Director of Product Marketing will serve as the strategic marketing leader for Ascension's digital healthcare portfolio, driving adoption and engagement across our digital products and services. This role bridges the gap between product development and market success, translating complex healthcare technology into compelling value propositions that resonate with patients and providers alike.

**Key Responsibilities**

Product Marketing Strategy & Positioning

+ Lead all marketing initiatives for Ascension's digital product ecosystem, serving as the primary marketing partner to the digital product team

+ Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, positioning frameworks, and messaging hierarchies that align with Ascension's mission and market needs

+ Transform technical product features into compelling, patient- and provider-centered value propositions that drive engagement and adoption

+ Create compelling product narratives that communicate our unique value in the healthcare marketplace

Integrated Marketing Planning & Execution

+ Orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, trial, usage, and preference for our digital offerings

+ Harmonize enterprise brand priorities with product adoption goals to ensure message consistency across national and local initiatives

+ Partner with paid media, content, CRM, and creative teams to deploy high-impact campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels

+ Develop customer lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and expansion opportunities

Cross-Functional Leadership

+ Collaborate strategically with digital product, experience, IT, and operational leaders to ensure marketing efforts support adoption targets and align with the product roadmap

+ Partner with ministry market marketing teams to enable localized promotion and ensure messaging relevance at the community level

+ Coordinate with legal, compliance, and brand governance and management to ensure all marketing initiatives meet regulatory requirements and mission standards

+ Serve as the strategic liaison between digital experience and marketing teams, driving integration and alignment across the operating model

Analytics & Optimization

+ Define clear marketing KPIs and monitor performance across all channels

+ Partner with analytics teams to measure ROI, conversion rates, and user behavior patterns

+ Apply data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and improve product adoption and satisfaction

+ Develop reporting frameworks that communicate marketing impact to executive leadership

**Requirements**

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

**Additional Preferences**

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or related field preferred

+ 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in product marketing leadership

+ Demonstrated success in digital product marketing, preferably in healthcare or related complex service industries

+ Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority

+ Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable marketing strategies

+ Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
