In line with Sanofi Oncology's commitment to transform cancer care, we are preparing to launch a radioligand therapy (RLT), an innovative SSTR-targeting alpha-emitter therapy for gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs).
This precision medicine approach delivers targeted radiation to tumor cells while minimizing damage to healthy tissue, addressing a significant unmet need in rare cancer treatment. This RLT exemplifies our dedication to providing best-in-class solutions that could significantly improve outcomes for patients with limited therapeutic options.
The US Senior Marketing Director will lead launch planning efforts including management of the cross-functional launch workstreams and will collaborate strategically with the Oncology Franchise Launch Excellence (FLEX) lead to ensure market readiness and optimal positioning for this RLT introduction. Together, they will align on critical launch milestones and success metrics and leverage global launch excellence frameworks while adapting to US market needs.
The role demands significant market insights synthesis, strategic integration, and leadership in developing comprehensive launch plans and executive-level presentations. This position oversees a team of three key direct reports: the Brand Lead, Launch Lead, and Omnichannel Lead, who collectively drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
