Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Manager to design, deliver, and scale leadership programs for people managers, with a director-level initiative for 500+ leaders. You will drive needs assessments, measure impact, and embed development into business objectives.

You will partner with IT and People teams to co-build AI-supported coaching and scalable delivery models, advancing culture, engagement, and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years designing and managing leadership development programs.
• Ability to deliver strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to design and scale development experiences for directors and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate scalable leadership development experiences for people managers.
• Lead a director-level program serving 500+ leaders with scalable enrollment and accountability.
• Conduct needs assessments and align programs with business objectives and People Team initiatives.
• Extend learning beyond the classroom with practice, reflection, and reinforcement.
• Establish a measurement approach to track participation, completion, and impact.
