Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Manager to design, deliver, and scale leadership programs for our director population, aligning with business objectives and culture. You will partner with CTD to build scalable experiences, including AI-supported coaching, to develop people managers.

You will lead a director-level program serving 500+ leaders, drive measurement, participate in needs assessments, and influence across IT and People teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years designing, delivering, and managing leadership development programs.
• Strong track record of delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced environments, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven ability to design and scale development experiences for senior leaders.
• Adept at needs assessments and data analysis to drive priorities and measure impact.
• Excellence in learner experience and program design across multiple formats (live, virtual, on-demand).

• Design, deliver, and evaluate scalable leadership development experiences for people managers.
• Lead a director-level program serving 500+ leaders with scalable enrollment and accountability.
• Conduct needs assessments and align deliverables with business objectives.
• Extend learning beyond the classroom and drive manager accountability.
• Establish measurement for participation, completion, and impact; analyze data for insights.
• Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholder relationships to drive priorities.
• Partner with IT and People Team to scale AI-supported coaching and tech-enabled development.
