Experis is seeking a Sr Director, Product Intelligence and Marketing Lead to influence the enterprise AI platform portfolio. The role focuses on measuring value, standardizing outcomes, and delivering executive-ready narratives and campaigns.

You will lead adoption, develop shared metrics, and guide go-to-market activities across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional leadership and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable practical experience.
• 15+ years in product management, marketing, analytics, or related discipline (or 13+ with MBA/MS, or 10+ with PhD/JD).
• Experience building and operating a measurement/value-realization framework across products/teams.
• Ability translate usage data into dashboards and narrative reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading product marketing/go-to-market efforts with internal launches.

Responsibilities

• Own an integrated strategy measuring and marketing the value of eight AI platforms.
• Design, build, and operate a shared measurement framework across platforms.
• Translate platform signals into actionable insights via scorecards and dashboards.
• Lead product marketing and go-to-market work with executive-ready materials.
• Drive adoption by building onboarding, training, and self-service resources.
