You will set vision, advance design systems, and empower designers to deliver human-centered, data-informed experiences across web and mobile platforms, while partnering with executive stakeholders to align strategy with business

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience leading product design teams.
• At least 3 years managing managers.
• Experience spanning UX, UI, strategy, content and research.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, marketing and analytics leaders.
• Experience interfacing with executive leadership to shape strategy and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-disciplinary design team and collaborate with research, product and tech leadership.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities and own complex design projects that set the bar for experience excellence and business outcomes.
• Communicate with executive stakeholders to drive strategy and decisions.
• Develop and evangelize design systems, artifacts and processes that enable scalable impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, roadmaps and operating models.
