• 8+ years in a product design role
• 3+ years leading design teams

• Experience working within a design system
• Proficiency with web and mobile technologies and platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-disciplinary design team and collaborate with research, product and tech leadership
• Define and drive design strategy aligned to business objectives
• Shape the higher-level vision of the organization through artifacts like journeys, blueprints and prototypes
