Job summary

Priority Power Management, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director to lead the development of private electrical infrastructure projects, including transmission, substations, distribution, and microgrids, for industrial and commercial clients.

The role requires guiding site studies, permitting, interconnections, land coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagements, travel up to 50%, and build a team to advance projects from

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management/development in utility-class electrical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of wind, solar, microgrid and energy storage is a plus.
• Electrical engineering background with emphasis on utility-scale systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop a pipeline of utility-class electrical infrastructure projects (transmission, substation, distribution, microgrid).
• Lead and manage all aspects of project development from origination to construction commencement.
• Eventually lead a growing team of project managers.
• Develop and manage project development schedules and budgets.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders and manage key contract obligations.
• Coordinate interconnection processes from application to agreements and work with engineering and construction teams.
• Support business development with pipeline reporting and stakeholder communications.
