Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Director in Private Client Services, Tax to lead advisory and compliance for high net worth individuals and private companies. You will manage complex engagements, mentor teams, and deliver tailored wealth and international tax strategies.

You will develop long-term client relationships, stay current on tax law changes, and drive growth opportunities across the firm while coordinating across Tax and other functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA or Licensed Attorney.
• 8+ years’ tax experience focusing on high net worth individuals.
• 4+ years’ experience managing teams and engagements.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; trusted advisor to clients.

Responsabilités

• Establish long-term consultative relationships with private companies and high net worth individuals.
• Lead tax compliance for partnerships, S-corps, trusts and individuals (1040, 1041, 709, FinCEN 114).
• Review research and analysis on complex tax issues.
• Build client relationships by understanding business and providing proactive support.
• Manage risk, staffing and financial performance across engagements.
• Provide leadership, development, and performance feedback to the team.
