Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Director in Private Client Services, Tax, to establish long-term relationships with private companies, owners, and high-net-worth individuals. You will lead tax compliance for partnerships, S-corps, trusts, and individuals, and review complex tax issues.

You will mentor teams, develop talent, and pursue opportunities to grow client engagements across the firm, while aligning with tax law changes and innovative practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ tax experience with high net worth individuals.
• 4+ years’ experience managing teams and engagements.
• CPA or Licensed Attorney.
• Mentoring and coaching experience.
• Proven advisory capability to interpret analysis and recommendations.
• Experience leading multiple engagements with risk, staffing and budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Establish long-term consultative relationships with private companies, owners, and high net worth individuals.
• Lead the tax compliance process for partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and individuals.
• Review research and analysis on a broad range of complex tax issues.
• Mentor and develop teams; stay current on tax law changes.
• Develop cross-firm opportunities and expand client services.
• Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and billing.
• Source new business opportunities and build client networks.
