Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Director for Private Client Services, Federal Tax, to lead high-net-worth client engagements and advise on complex tax issues. You will manage compliance for partnerships and trusts, mentor teams, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA or Licensed attorney designation preferred.
• 8+ years of tax experience with high net worth individuals.
• 4+ years of experience managing teams and engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to influence clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish long term consultative relationships with private companies and high net worth individuals.
• Lead the tax compliance process for partnerships and trusts; manage form filings.
• Review research and analysis on complex tax issues.
• Build client relationships and provide proactive tax guidance.
• Manage risk, staffing and financial performance across engagements.
• Provide leadership through mentoring and performance feedback to the team.
