The role requires extensive tax experience, leadership capability, and advanced Excel skills, with GoSystems and OneSource experience preferred. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership position within PCS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 5+ years with high net worth individuals in tax planning and returns.
• CPA or Licensed Attorney status required.
• Proven leadership of teams and multiple work streams.
• Strong client relationship building and advisory skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential).
• Experience with GoSystems and OneSource preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax and consulting projects for high net worth individuals in income tax, wealth transfer, and international tax.
• Lead tax-planning efforts and supervise associates, senior associates, and managers.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues and quantify impacts clearly.
• Oversee budgets, billing, and resource management on multiple engagements.
• Build client relationships and understand client businesses for tailored solutions.
• Support business development and client pitches.
