Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinic management or health care administration with supervision of professional staff.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with budget preparation and financial management.
• Certification in healthcare leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of TJC, CMS, HIPAA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs admin, professional, and supervisory staff in planning and implementing day-to-day primary care operations.
• Liaises with patients, SEARHC departments, private providers, and organizations; uses feedback to update policies.
• Implements quality improvement initiatives and monitors KPIs and regulatory standards.
• Oversees patient satisfaction initiatives and optimizes resource allocation within budgets.
• Leads transformation of primary care including EHR optimization and telehealth initiatives.
