SEARHC in Juneau, AK seeks a Clinic Supervisor for the Juneau Specialty Clinic to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate field clinics and scheduling with external facilities, and ensure delivery of specialty care.

The role collaborates with facilities, labs, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments; lead a local management team; drive quality improvement and adherence to regulatory standards while managing resources and staff.

Competenze

• Associate degree in health-related field or business field is required, or two years of healthcare experience in lieu of degree.
• Licensed or certified in a medical field is preferred.
• Clinical Competency required within 3 months of hire and every 3 years; Manager Competency required within 3 months of hire and every 3 years.

Mansioni

• Directs administrative and professional staff in planning, development, and implementation of day-to-day clinic operations; develops administrative policies to enhance performance.
• Functions as the clinic liaison with patients, SEARHC departments, private providers, and community agencies; addresses concerns and incorporates feedback into planning.
• Implements and monitors objectives aligned with the SEARHC Strategic Health Plan, KPIs, Population Health, HRSA, and Joint Commission; leads quality improvement initiatives.
• Optimizes personnel and financial resources; prepares the annual budget in collaboration with the Director of Primary Care; ensures efficient service delivery within budget.
• Facilitates staff development and coordinates consortium-wide training opportunities; identifies unmet needs and sources outside resources.
