Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks an Executive Director of Connected Care to lead patient access across ambulatory services. The role reports to the COO and requires building a vision, roadmap, and Lean change in a multi-stakeholder environment.

The candidate brings senior leadership, operational depth, and a hands-on approach to design workflows, staffing implications, and technology-enabled processes that improve access and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years executive leadership experience in health system operations.
• 5+ years executive experience in patient access or ambulatory leadership.
• Experience leading technology-enabled operational change in ambulatory access, scheduling, or related healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise access design and implementation planning across ambulatory services.
• Define and execute the Connected Care roadmap with stakeholders across IT, revenue cycle, and clinical operations.
• Develop annual enterprise access performance targets and strategic plans.
• Sponsor governance related to patient scheduling, care coordination, and referral management.
• Improve ambulatory access operations focusing on capacity, scheduling, and patient throughput.
